Bulgarian-born, Gabriel Tileff walked into the scene as Gabriel Blu from a long track record of messing with turntables like an extension of himself. Previously an open format DJ, he has gathered the Instincts and skills necessary to take a room on a journey from his early teens to today. Pledging to only play the beats that drive underground house forward, his passion has solidified into his own imprint, Diamond Blu Records. An effort founded in 2014 with a solid education in Audio Engineering, the label stands strong today with consistent releases from himself and Pastiche, Peter Pavlov and Zima. His originals have enjoyed plays and support on Felix Jaehns show House of Chill (Sirius XM), House Music Saved My Life, and Global Dance Electronic, among others.
In addition to the internet and airwaves, his beats have rattled the hallowed halls of some of the most legendary venues in North America such as Pacha NYC, Spybar Chicago, Ruby Skye in San Francisco, and Hawaii's renowned Asylum Afterhours. With eyes only on pushing the music in new and interesting directions, Tileff stays focused on creating, supporting and evolving what's next for smooth and mature Dance Music on a global scale.
